I have been a customer for a year now and I am very satisfied.. The only glitch I ran into is one color cartridge that printed only blue ink. But they exchanged that for another one without a problem. This is an excellent way to save money., and to save the planet at the same time.!

Your ink cartridge jammed up the printer requiring me to contact Canon support. After an effort to fix the problem Canon terminated the effort and initiated an order for a replacement printer. I expect it to arrive within a week. Your cartridge was stored.
